1. Acceptance

By using Ubox you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

Ubox provides a unified email inbox with AI-assisted triage and drafting. The service connects to your existing email accounts via IMAP and SMTP; Ubox does not provide email hosting.

3. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly per connected mailbox via Stripe. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use Ubox to send spam, harass others, or violate any applicable law or the policies of your email provider.

5. AI disclaimer

AI-drafted emails are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving every email before it is sent. Ubox does not send emails without your explicit approval.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is. Ubox is not liable for any loss of data or consequential damages arising from service use.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania.
