Does Ubox send emails without my approval?+
No. Ubox never sends an email without your explicit approval. The AI drafts a reply, you review and optionally edit it, then tap Approve. Only after that does Ubox send — enforced at the database level, not just a UI toggle.
What email providers does Ubox support?+
Ubox supports Gmail (via OAuth 2.0) and any standard IMAP/SMTP mailbox — including Outlook, Yahoo, Fastmail, iCloud, and self-hosted Dovecot or Postfix servers.
Can I manage email from Telegram?+
Yes. Ubox includes a Telegram bot that sends email notifications and lets you archive, reply, snooze, forward, delete, or download attachments — all from Telegram without opening a browser.
How does Ubox handle email privacy?+
Your emails stay in your own mailbox. Ubox reads email content only to generate AI triage and reply drafts via Anthropic's API. Content is not stored by Ubox long-term and is never sold or shared for advertising.
What is an AI action?+
Each email the AI reads to triage or draft a reply counts as one AI action. Emails filtered by your sender rules before reaching the AI do not count. The Free plan includes 100 AI actions per month.
Is there a free plan?+

What happens when I reach my AI action limit?+
Emails continue to arrive and are visible in your inbox — the AI just won't auto-triage new ones until the next billing cycle. You can upgrade at any time to resume AI processing immediately.
