What we collect

We store the email messages synced from your connected mailboxes, your email account credentials (encrypted at rest with AES-256), and usage data to improve AI suggestions.

How we use your data

Email content is used solely to provide the unified inbox and AI triage features. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g. Stripe for billing, Anthropic for AI inference).

Data retention

You may export or permanently delete your data at any time from Settings → Account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. After subscription cancellation, data is retained for 30 days then purged.

Security

Mailbox passwords are encrypted at rest using Fernet (AES-256). All traffic is encrypted in transit via TLS. We never log message bodies or credentials.
