Frequently asked questions
What counts as an AI action?
Each email the AI reads to triage or draft a reply counts as one action. Emails filtered by your sender rules before reaching the AI don't count. Agent chat queries each count as one action.
What happens if I hit my monthly limit?
New emails are still delivered and visible in your inbox — the AI just won't auto-triage them. You can manually triage, or upgrade to a higher plan at any time.
Can I connect any email account?
Yes. Ubox supports Gmail (via OAuth) and any standard IMAP/SMTP mailbox — Outlook, Yahoo, Fastmail, your own server, and more.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — all paid plans include a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. The Free plan is available indefinitely with no trial limit.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period. Annual plans are refundable within 30 days.
